Drugless Help for Migraine Sufferers

More than 23 million people older than 12 years of age suffer severe migraine headaches. The social and economic impact of migraines is staggering, with estimates approaching $17.2 billion per year lost in productivity.

Treatments for migraine headaches typically involve drugs. But now there is a new treatment, developed by Dr. Bork, that uses no drugs. It’s a very small appliance the patient wears at night. It’s called NAD (neuromuscular anterior discluder).

What the appliance does is prevent the teeth in the back of your mouth from touching during sleep. Migraine sufferers clench the temporal muscles (the muscles the operate the jaw) 14 times more intensely than do people who don’t have migraines.

The result is the prevention of migraine headaches and other head and neck pain. Dr. Bork developed this appliance himself and has helped hundreds of headache sufferers achieve relief. If you experience headaches or migraines and have tried all the usual treatments, the NAD may finally be your solution. Please let us enhance your quality of life by relieving your pain. Ask us today if the NAD device will work for you.

If you have been living with the pain and discomfort described above, we invite you to call (908) 537-4248 to discover the benefits that these migraine headache treatments may bring to your quality of life.
